Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with ENBBA Naturals. Below you will find information on our shipping policies:
1. Processing Time:
- Orders are processed on Sundays at 3PM EDT and ship on Mondays unless there is a holiday.
- If Monday is a holiday, shipments are processed on Monday at 3PM EDT and shipped on Tuesday.
- Once an order has been submitted, no edits or cancellations can be made. Please review your order at checkout to ensure all product and shipping information is correct.

Discount codes, when available, can be apply to an order during checkout. After an order is submitted there are no modifications.

Orders cannot be combined. If you place separate orders and pay for shipping for each order, you will receive shipment for each order. There are no modifications.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
- We offer flat rate for shipping according to the weight of the package.
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Standard Shipping:
- Domestic (within the U.S.): 3-7 business days
- International: 3-5 business days
Expedited Shipping:

- International: 3-5 business days
3. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking:
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email on Sunday when your order is processed.
- Shipping confirmation contains your tracking number.
- The tracking number will be active after carrier accepts the package.
4. Shipping Addresses:
- Please ensure all shipping information is correct.
- ENBBA Naturals is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer.
5. International Shipping:
- We ship internationally. Please note that customs duties and taxes are calculated and costs included at checkout.
- There are no additional charges.
6. Shipping Delays:
- While we strive to ensure timely delivery, there may be occasional delays due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, carrier delays).
7. Returned to Sender:
- If a package is returned to ENBBA Naturals due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, if the package was declined, or if the carrier was not able to complete the delivery, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost and any additional delivery cost.
8. Damages:
- ENBBA Naturals is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.
- If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
